Account Verification After Login In Winnerz
Winnerz asks for verification when an account action triggers identity, age, or payment checks, or when a compliance review flags the profile. The process runs through the account area after you sign in and usually blocks withdrawals until it is completed.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal and can also be requested after a deposit made with a new payment method, a change to personal details (name, address, phone, email), a password reset, or repeated failed login attempts. Winnerz can also request it when deposit and withdrawal patterns do not match or when the account is accessed from a new country or device.
Documents must be valid, readable, and match the account details. Winnerz typically rejects cropped images that cut off corners, screenshots of documents, black-and-white scans, and files where the name or date of birth is not clearly visible.
- ID: Passport, national ID card (front and back), or driving licence; the document must show full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months; it must show your full name and full residential address.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo showing only the last 4 digits (hide the middle digits) and the cardholder name; for e-wallets, a statement or account page showing your name, wallet ID/email, and recent transactions.
- Source of funds (when requested): Payslip, tax return, bank statement showing salary payments, or a sale/inheritance document; Winnerz asks for this when transaction volume or patterns trigger a compliance check.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding the ID or a short in-app liveness check; this is requested when the system needs to confirm the person matches the document.
In practice, the account stays playable while checks run, but cashouts remain locked until Winnerz marks the profile as verified.
